平素よりDeloitte Tohmatsu Innovation Parkをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

 

この度、施設のセキュリティ強化の一環として、2026年2月2日より、無料会員の皆さまにご入場の際「名刺やその他身分証明書のご提示」をお願いする運用へ変更させていただくこととなりました。

■運用変更の内容

2026年2月2日以降、施設ご利用時に受付にて名刺やその他身分証明書のご提示をお願いいたします。名刺やその他身分証明書の情報（氏名・会社名など）と、システムにご登録いただいている情報が異なる場合は、その場で登録情報の修正をお願いいたします。

■運用変更の目的

本改訂は、皆さまの安全・安心な施設利用のため、当施設で定めたものとなります。ご理解とご協力を賜りますよう、よろしくお願いいたします。 ご不明点やご質問がございましたら、施設受付またはお問い合わせ窓口までご連絡ください。今後ともDeloitte Tohmatsu Innovation Parkをよろしくお願いいたします。

Dear Free Members of Deloitte Tohmatsu Innovation Park,

As part of our efforts to enhance facility security, we will be changing our entry procedures for free members. Starting February 2, 2026, we kindly ask that you present your business card or other verifications upon entry.

 

■ Details of the Change
From February 2, 2026, please present your business card or other verifications at the reception when using the facility.
If the information on your business card or other verifications, such as your name or company, differs from the information registered in our system, we will ask you to update your registration on the spot.

■ Purpose of the Change
This policy revision is intended to ensure a safe and secure environment for all our members. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our inquiry desk.
